First, you must shut down all computers attached to the network, which includes all wireless and wired computers.
Then you will remove all cables attached to the wireless router including the power and those attached to the cable/DSL modem.
Waiting approximately a minute, you will first attach all cables to the cable/DSL modem, and wait to insure the modem is completely restarted (All lights will come on and stay mostly lit, this can take up to 1 minutes).
You will then attach all cables to the wireless router, and insure it is completely restarted (All lights will come on and stay mostly lit, this can take up to 1 minutes).
Then you will turn on all computers attached to the network.
Login, the way you normally do and all should be well.
